Dear Aldene Families,
It is with excitement that I welcome you all to Aldene for the 2023-2024 school year. I anticipate another successful year as we work each day to fulfill our vision of ‘The School with a Heart’. In 2022 Aldene was designated a National School of Character. This honor is bestowed upon schools who implement excellent, researched based Character Education practices, have an ethic of care, and work with students, parents, and community members to create stronger communities focused on character. At Aldene, our goal is to help students understand, care about, and consistently practice the character strengths that will help them flourish in life.
We are grateful to our staff members who work hard every day to instill good character in our students and especially to our families, and the wider Roselle Park community, who support our efforts outside of school. We are all proud to be a part of the E.J.F./Aldene School community and the School with a HEART.
